Description

Ceramic-Hybrid Radial Bottom Bracket Bearing kit featuring 52100 High-Carbon Chromium alloy races paired with grade 5 Silicon-Nitride Ceramic Balls with 90% fill, high-pressure, water-proof grease. Si3N4 ceramic balls reduce bearing wear and increase bearing life by eliminating steel-on-steel contact within the bearing.

This one is a bit of an oddball kit that includes all of the bearings, seals, and spaces to install Shimano 24mm or SRAM GXP cranksets into the Trek Madone.

Features

Engineered specifically for bicycle use, Enduro ABEC-3 bearings feature 52100 High-Carbon Chromium alloy races paired with grade 10 Balls, LLB seals and 90% fill high-pressure, water-proof grease. All Enduro radial bearings are engineered with deep grooves to accommodate the largest balls possible, providing maximum bearing contact area and greatly increased bearing life.

For the easiest removal and installation of this bearing kit, we recommend the BRT-003 24m x 37mm bearing tool. BRT-003 allows you to quickly remove and install bearings with a few twists of the wrist while the BB is still in the bike.
