What is the Club House Loyalty Program?

The Club House is our way of rewarding your passion. Every time you shop, you earn cashback, exclusive perks, and access to members-only benefits tailored to your ride journey.

How does it work?

As soon as you create an account, you’re in. Your annual spend determines your tier — Climber, Sprinter, or Leader — and your benefits scale up accordingly.

How do I qualify for a loyalty tier?

Your tier is based on how much you spend in a 12-month period:
- Spend up to ₹25,000 — Climber
- Spend ₹25,000–₹75,000 — Sprinter
- Spend ₹75,000+ — Leader

How long does my tier status last?

Your loyalty year is valid for 12 months from your first qualifying purchase. You can upgrade any time — your benefits update as you do.

What happens if I don’t spend enough to stay in my tier?

Your tier will adjust to reflect your total spend over the past year. No penalties — just a recalibration of benefits to match your journey.

Do past purchases count towards points?

Only purchases made after the launch of the program (2nd June 2023) are eligible. Rewards begin the moment you join.

Is this valid across all Cobbled Climbs stores?

Yes. Whether you shop at CobbledClimbs.com or Bike Gallery, your loyalty status, points, and rewards remain in sync.

When do my rewards start counting?

Immediately. Cashback is applied from your first order, and points begin to accrue with every transaction.

What exactly are Club House Points?

Points are redeemable like cash — 1 point = ₹1 — and can be used at checkout. No expiry, no hidden conditions.
