11 Speed Alloy Pully Set for Shimano/sram

Pulley wheels are small parts that make a big difference. The Token 11 Speed Alloy Pulley Set for Shimano and SRAM brings precision-machined alloy construction to your rear derailleur, improving shift response and reducing friction at an accessible price point. A smart upgrade for riders across Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Chennai who log serious kilometres in demanding conditions.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

India's roads — from the dusty plains of Rajasthan to monsoon-soaked descents in Coorg — punish drivetrain components harder than most. Token's alloy pulley set is a practical, cost-effective upgrade that sharpens shift feel and holds up against grit and humidity better than OEM plastic pulleys. For 11-speed Shimano or SRAM users, this is the kind of quiet maintenance win that keeps the drivetrain honest through every season.

Sizing for Indian Riders

This is a drivetrain component, not a sized item, but compatibility is everything. Confirm your groupset is 11-speed before ordering — this set is not designed for 10-speed or 12-speed systems. Check your rear derailleur cage size (short, medium, or long) to ensure the pulleys fit correctly. Token's pulley sets are designed to drop into standard derailleur bodies without modification.

Compatibility Notes

Designed for 11-speed Shimano and SRAM rear derailleurs. Verify your derailleur brand and cage type before fitting. Not compatible with 12-speed Eagle or 12-speed Shimano systems. Clean the derailleur cage thoroughly before installation. Inspect bearing condition periodically — India's dust and monsoon humidity can accelerate bearing wear if the pulleys are not kept clean and lightly lubricated.

Pairs Well With

Complete the drivetrain refresh with a quality chain lubricant suited to Indian conditions, a chain wear checker tool, a compatible 11-speed chain, and a derailleur cable and housing set. Keeping these components fresh together extends the life of your cassette and chainring significantly.
