795 Housing Guide Cable Stops

The Look 795 Housing Guide Cable Stops are precision-engineered cable stop components designed specifically for the Look 795 road frameset. Keeping cable routing clean and shift actuation accurate, these small but critical parts ensure your drivetrain performs consistently — whether you are climbing the Western Ghats or sprinting on Pune's ring roads.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

For Look 795 owners, using genuine OEM cable stops is the only sensible choice. Aftermarket alternatives often introduce play or poor fitment that corrupts shift feel. In India's heat and monsoon humidity, poorly fitted cable stops allow moisture ingress, accelerating inner cable corrosion. These factory-matched stops maintain the precise cable geometry Look engineered into the 795 frame, keeping your shifting crisp across every ride.

Sizing for Indian Riders

These cable stops are frame-specific — they fit the Look 795 only and are not a sized item in the traditional sense. No European-to-Indian conversion is needed. Confirm your frame model before ordering. If you own a Look 795 Blade RS or a standard 795, verify the variant matches your specific frame generation, as Look has updated the 795 platform over time.

Compatibility Notes

Designed exclusively for the Look 795 frameset. Compatible with both mechanical and electronic cable routing configurations on the 795 platform. Not interchangeable with other Look models such as the 785 Huez or 796 Monoblade. Clean cable entry points regularly — India's monsoon and road dust accelerate housing wear. Pair with fresh inner cables and quality housing for best results.

Pairs Well With

Complete your 795 cable system with quality inner shift cables, compressionless gear housing, a cable end cap set, and a quality chain lubricant suited to Indian monsoon conditions. Stocking a spare set of these cable stops as a frame consumable is also worth considering for serious racers and touring riders.
