Aas Juice Alum Anti Seize Assmly Paste

Aluminium components and steel fasteners are a common combination on modern bikes — and without proper protection, galvanic corrosion quietly seizes them together. The Juice Lubes AAS Anti Seize Assembly Paste is a dedicated solution for this specific problem, ensuring that seatposts, stem bolts, bottom bracket threads, and other metal interfaces can always be separated cleanly, even after months of riding through India's punishing conditions.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

India's coastal cities — Mumbai, Chennai, Kochi — combine humidity and salt air that accelerates galvanic corrosion faster than anywhere in Europe. Riders in Pune who leave alloy seatposts untouched through monsoon season often find them seized by October. A dedicated anti-seize paste applied at assembly is the simplest, cheapest insurance against expensive frame or component damage. This is the kind of product every home mechanic should keep on the workbench year-round.

Sizing for Indian Riders

This is a maintenance paste, not a sized product — no size selection needed. What matters is application quantity: a thin, even coat on threads and contact surfaces is sufficient. Over-application can attract grit, so less is more. One jar will cover dozens of assemblies and last most home mechanics through multiple service cycles.

Compatibility Notes

Suitable for aluminium-to-aluminium and aluminium-to-steel interfaces including seatpost collars, stem clamps, pedal threads, and bottom bracket cups. Not recommended as a thread-locking compound — use a dedicated threadlocker where torque retention is critical. Safe for use on bare metal contact surfaces; avoid application on brake rotor mating surfaces or bearing races.

Pairs Well With

Round out your home workshop with a quality torque wrench for accurate fastener tightening, a carbon assembly paste for carbon-contact points (use separately from anti-seize), a bicycle-specific degreaser for pre-service cleaning, and a set of hex keys for confident component work.
