Description
The DT Swiss Arc 1400 Dicut 65 DISC Brake Wheelset is a premium carbon road wheelset built for riders who want genuine aerodynamic performance without sacrificing reliability. With a deep-section 65mm rim profile, disc brake compatibility, and DT Swiss's trusted Dicut construction, this wheelset suits everything from Pune–Mumbai expressway interval sessions to Lonavala climb days. Cobbled Climbs is the exclusive Indian distributor for Campagnolo in India.
Use Cases
Daily training. Durable rim and reliable hub bearings for repeat training use.
Race day. Aerodynamic depth and weight-optimised construction for competitive efforts.
All-rounder. Versatile depth and width for road, gravel, or all-road riding.
Our Take
For Indian riders who encounter smooth expressway tarmac one minute and crumbling ghat roads the next, the Arc 1400 Dicut 65 strikes a compelling balance. The deep 65mm carbon rim delivers real aerodynamic advantage at speed, while disc braking means consistent stopping power even in Chennai or Hyderabad's sudden downpours. At Rs. 1,14,000, this is a serious investment — and a wheel upgrade that will be felt on every single ride.
Sizing for Indian Riders
Wheelset fit is not about body size — it is about three-way compatibility. Confirm your frame's axle standard (thru-axle dimensions are most common on modern disc road bikes), rotor interface (Centerlock or 6-bolt), and cassette body type (Shimano HG, SRAM XDR, or Campagnolo). In India's heat, ensure your tyre clearance allows room for slightly wider tubeless tyres, which run cooler and absorb road buzz better.
Compatibility Notes
These wheels are designed for disc brake use only — do not fit to rim brake frames. The Arc 1400 Dicut 65 is tubeless-ready; you will need tubeless-compatible tyres, valve stems, and sealant for a complete setup. Confirm cassette body compatibility before ordering. Rim tape is typically pre-installed but verify before tubeless conversion. DT Swiss recommends periodic bearing and hub service — follow their published intervals.
Pairs Well With
Complete your build with high-performance tubeless road tyres suited to the rim's internal width, quality tubeless sealant and valve stems, disc brake rotors matching your caliper standard, and a calibrated torque wrench for safe installation. These additions make the most of what this wheelset offers.
