B267 Platform Pedals

The Well Go B267 Platform Pedals offer a straightforward, no-fuss footing solution for riders who prefer flat pedals over clipless systems. Whether you are commuting through Chennai traffic, exploring gravel tracks near Pune, or building confidence on your first road bike, a reliable platform pedal removes one variable from an already demanding ride environment.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable cleat retention and bearing durability for repeat training use.

Race day. Lightweight design and clean release for competitive efforts.

Indoor training. Smooth float and compatibility with indoor trainer setups.

Our Take

At Rs. 540, the Well Go B267 is one of the most accessible platform pedals available in India. For city riders in Delhi or Hyderabad dealing with stop-start traffic, or newer cyclists around Lonavala who want to clip in and out freely, these pedals make practical sense. The platform design suits everyday riding in Indian heat and humidity without the maintenance demands that clipless systems require on dusty, monsoon-soaked roads.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Platform pedals fit any standard 9/16-inch crank arm — virtually every adult bicycle sold in India. No shoe-cleat compatibility issues to worry about. Riders with wider feet, common among Indian cyclists, benefit from a generously sized platform that distributes foot pressure evenly, reducing fatigue on longer Western Ghats climbs or Ooty road rides in summer heat above 35°C.

Compatibility Notes

The B267 uses a standard 9/16-inch threaded axle, compatible with almost all adult bicycle cranks. Right pedal is right-hand thread; left pedal is left-hand thread — mark them before installation. Clean the platform pins periodically to remove monsoon grit. A pedal spanner or 15mm wrench is required for fitting.

Pairs Well With

The Well Go B267 pairs naturally with flat-sole cycling or casual shoes, puncture-resistant urban tyres suited to Indian road surfaces, a basic multi-tool with a pedal hex key, and a reliable kickstand for city and commuter setups. All available at Cobbled Climbs.
