Mtf15/20 12x100mm Front Hub Conversion Caps

Hub conversion caps are small parts that make a real difference. The Bitex Mtf15/20 12x100mm Front Hub Conversion Caps allow riders to adapt their existing Bitex front hub between different thru-axle standards, saving the cost of a full hub replacement. A precise, practical solution for riders upgrading forks or building wheels for multiple bikes.

Use Cases

Under-helmet sweat management. Absorbs forehead sweat in 35°C+ heat across Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai conditions.

Sun protection. Peak shields the eyes and forehead from direct sun on long Indian summer rides.

Style and finish. Completes a coordinated kit for daily rides and group rides.

Our Take

At Rs. 720, these conversion caps are an intelligent buy for Indian riders who switch forks seasonally or run multiple builds. Pune and Hyderabad riders upgrading to modern 12x100mm thru-axle forks will appreciate the ability to retain a quality Bitex hub rather than replace the entire wheelset. Precision-machined fitment means no play, no noise — just a clean, reliable front end on every ride.

Sizing for Indian Riders

These caps are specific to the Bitex Mtf15/20 front hub and convert to the 12x100mm thru-axle standard. There is no S/M/L sizing here — compatibility is determined entirely by your hub model and fork axle standard. Confirm your fork accepts 12x100mm thru-axles before ordering. European and Asian fork standards align on 12x100mm for road and gravel use.

Compatibility Notes

Designed for Bitex Mtf15/20 front hubs only. Converts to 12x100mm thru-axle standard. Not compatible with quick-release forks or 15mm thru-axle forks without further adapters. Clean the axle contact surfaces before fitting. Check that end-cap seating is flush and torque the thru-axle to your fork manufacturer's specification after installation.

Pairs Well With

Consider pairing with a quality thru-axle wrench or multi-tool for clean installation, hub-specific bearing grease for long-term care, a torque wrench to hit correct axle settings, and a compatible front tyre matched to your rim width and riding surface.
