Synthetic Lube

India's riding conditions — monsoon downpours in Mumbai, punishing dust on Delhi's ring roads, salt-laden humidity along Chennai's coastline, and long grinding climbs through the Western Ghats — put drivetrains under constant stress. The Blub Synthetic Lube is a cycling-specific formulation designed to keep your chain, derailleur pivots, and moving parts protected and running smoothly through all of it. Cobbled Climbs is the exclusive Indian distributor for Campagnolo in India.

Use Cases

Wet conditions. Wet lube for monsoon and humid Mumbai, Goa, and Bengaluru riding.

Dry conditions. Dry lube for clean drivetrain in Delhi, Hyderabad summer conditions.

Race day. Low-friction wax-based lubes for competitive efforts.

Our Take

If you're riding regularly in Pune's year-round humidity or doing back-to-back Lonavala climbs, drivetrain maintenance isn't optional — it's the difference between a component lasting two seasons or five. Blub's synthetic formula goes on cleanly, stays put under heat above 35°C, and doesn't attract grit the way heavier mineral-based lubes tend to. At Rs. 990, it's one of the most cost-effective ways to protect expensive groupset investments.

Sizing for Indian Riders

No sizing applies to this product — it is a liquid lubricant. Select the correct Blub Synthetic Lube variant for your conditions: use a wet-condition formulation during India's June-to-September monsoon and switch to a dry or synthetic formula for the rest of the year. One bottle typically covers multiple months of regular application for a single bike.

Compatibility Notes

Blub Synthetic Lube is formulated for cycling-specific use across all major drivetrain standards — Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo chains, cassettes, and derailleur pivots. Suitable for road, gravel, and MTB drivetrains. Always clean the chain thoroughly before reapplying. Verify carbon-frame compatibility if using near exposed carbon surfaces. All Blub products at Cobbled Climbs are 100% genuine and authorised.
