Bond EVO Disc Frameset

The Cipollini Bond EVO Disc Frameset is a race-bred carbon platform built for riders who know exactly what they want from a frame. Designed around disc braking and modern component standards, it brings Italian engineering and a competitive geometry pedigree to every road — from Pune's Sinhagad climbs to the long flats outside Delhi.

Use Cases

Race day. Aerodynamic and stiff construction for competitive efforts.

Daily training. Comfort and reliability for repeat training rides.

All-road and gravel. Versatile geometry for road, gravel, and all-road exploration in India.

Our Take

At Rs. 4,50,000, the Bond EVO Disc demands serious intent. The carbon construction delivers a stiff, responsive platform that rewards aggressive input on climbs like Lonavala's Aamby Valley road or the Nilgiri ascent toward Ooty. For India's heat-soaked, pothole-peppered tarmac, disc braking is not optional on a frame at this level — it is the correct choice, giving consistent stopping power through monsoon descents and beyond.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Cipollini uses a traditional seat tube length sizing convention. Indian riders tend to have a shorter torso relative to inseam compared to European norms, which can affect reach. If you are between sizes, prioritise stack and reach numbers over seat tube length. A professional bike fit in Pune, Hyderabad, or Chennai before ordering a frame at this price point is strongly recommended.

Compatibility Notes

Confirm bottom bracket standard, headset cup dimensions, seatpost diameter, and flat-mount disc brake specification before specifying components. The Bond EVO Disc is built around modern road disc standards — verify thru-axle spacing front and rear. Consult Cobbled Climbs' build team for groupset and wheel compatibility guidance before committing to a complete build.

Pairs Well With

Complete your Bond EVO Disc build with a quality electronic or mechanical road groupset, a carbon clincher or tubeless-ready wheelset suited to Indian tarmac, an integrated cockpit for aerodynamic gains, and a premium saddle matched to your riding position and long-ride comfort requirements.
