C306 Flat Pedals

The Well Go C306 Flat Pedals bring a no-fuss platform to riders who prefer direct foot-to-pedal contact without clipless commitment. Flat pedals suit mountain biking, casual road rides, commutes, and trail sessions equally well — and for Indian riders navigating unpredictable traffic, the ability to put a foot down instantly is a genuine advantage worth considering.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable cleat retention and bearing durability for repeat training use.

Race day. Lightweight design and clean release for competitive efforts.

Indoor training. Smooth float and compatibility with indoor trainer setups.

Our Take

For riders in Pune, Delhi, or along the Western Ghats who want confidence over clipless commitment, the C306 delivers a stable, grippy platform that works with any shoe. The wide body supports efficient power transfer across varied surfaces — from Lonavala switchbacks to city tarmac battered by monsoon potholes. At Rs. 3,750 with free delivery above Rs. 2,500, this is a practical and durable choice for everyday riding.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Flat pedals require no cleat sizing — any shoe fits. However, rider foot size matters: larger feet benefit from a wider platform for better support. Well Go's C306 platform suits most adult foot sizes comfortably. In India's heat above 35°C, breathable flat shoes pair better here than stiff cycling shoes designed for clipless systems.

Compatibility Notes

The C306 uses the industry-standard 9/16-inch axle thread, compatible with virtually all modern crank arms. No cleat system required. Suitable for mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, and casual road setups. Clean the platform pins periodically to maintain grip, especially after monsoon rides or dusty trail sessions in Coorg or Ooty.

Pairs Well With

Round out your build with flat-compatible cycling shoes or trail shoes with grippy soles, a quality multi-tool for on-ride adjustments, bar grips or handlebar tape for matching comfort, and a durable chain lubricant suited for Indian monsoon conditions.
