Canister Bag

The Restrap Canister Bag is a purpose-built handlebar bag designed for cyclists who need compact, accessible storage on the move. Whether you're navigating Pune's pre-dawn club rides, grinding up the Western Ghats towards Lonavala, or loading up for a multi-day bikepacking route through Coorg, this bag keeps your essentials within reach without throwing off your handling. Cobbled Climbs is the authorised retailer for Form in India.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

Restrap has built a strong reputation among serious bikepackers for a reason — their products are designed with long-distance use in mind, not just weekend spins. The Canister Bag fits that brief well: it's compact enough to avoid handlebar interference, and the cylindrical form keeps weight centred and stable. For Indian riders dealing with patchy road surfaces from Chennai to Ahmedabad, a bag that doesn't shift mid-ride matters considerably. A practical, well-considered piece of kit.

Sizing for Indian Riders

The Canister Bag is a bag, not apparel, so traditional sizing doesn't apply — but fitment does. Check that your handlebar diameter and available clearance (particularly with drop bars or aerobars) accommodate the mounting straps. Riders with shorter reach on compact frames, common among Indian cyclists, should confirm the bag sits clear of brake and shift cables before committing.

Compatibility Notes

The Restrap Canister Bag mounts via strap to most standard handlebars, including drop, flat, and gravel bar setups. Confirm strap clearance around your stem, computer mounts, and light brackets before ordering. Not recommended for use with heavily accessorised cockpits without first checking available strap space. All Restrap products at Cobbled Climbs are 100% genuine and authorised.

Pairs Well With

Complete your bikepacking or long-ride setup by pairing the Canister Bag with a saddle pack for overnight gear, a frame bag to maximise triangle storage, a reliable handlebar-mounted cycling computer, and a compact LED front light. Together, these cover every carry and navigation need on Indian roads.
