Carbon Assembly Paste Sachet

Carbon components — handlebars, seatposts, stems, frames — demand careful assembly. Too little friction and bolts slip under torque; too much and you risk crushing the fibre. The Dynamic Carbon Assembly Paste Sachet gives mechanics and home wrenches a precise, controlled grip medium that protects expensive carbon parts during installation, making it an essential addition to any Indian rider's workshop kit.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

India's heat, humidity, and rough road surfaces put real stress on carbon components. Riding the Western Ghats climbs around Lonavala or the Aravalli loops near Delhi means constant vibration and torque loads on your bars and seatpost. Getting assembly paste right at the start saves cracked carbon and ruined saddle clamps later. At Rs. 199 for a single-use sachet, this is one of the cheapest forms of component insurance available.

Sizing for Indian Riders

This is a single-use sachet — no sizing applies. One sachet contains enough paste for a typical bar, stem, or seatpost installation. If you are assembling multiple carbon contact points in one session — say, a full bike build — stock two or three sachets. The single-use format prevents contamination and waste common with larger open tubs in humid Indian workshops.

Compatibility Notes

Suitable for carbon-to-carbon and carbon-to-aluminium interfaces including seatposts, handlebars, stems, and headset cups. Not a thread locker or grease substitute. Do not use on threaded fasteners where specific torque values apply without consulting your component manual. Compatible with all major carbon fibre lay-up standards used by Cervélo, and similar road and gravel framesets.

Pairs Well With

Complete your workshop setup by pairing this paste with a quality torque wrench for accurate bolt tightening, carbon-safe frame protection wrap for vulnerable tube sections, a bike assembly stand for hands-free builds, and a dedicated carbon-safe degreaser for cleaning contact points before application.
