Chrono Road DISC Brake Wheelset

The Parcours Chrono Road DISC Brake Wheelset is built for riders who want genuine aerodynamic performance without sacrificing the confidence disc brakes provide on technical descents. Whether you're chasing a Pune–Mumbai expressway KOM, grinding up the Western Ghats near Lonavala, or navigating Chennai's mixed-surface commute, these wheels are designed to deliver where it counts. Cobbled Climbs is the exclusive Indian distributor for Campagnolo in India.

Use Cases

Daily training. Durable rim and reliable hub bearings for repeat training use.

Race day. Aerodynamic depth and weight-optimised construction for competitive efforts.

All-rounder. Versatile depth and width for road, gravel, or all-road riding.

Our Take

Parcours has earned a strong reputation for engineering aero wheels that punch well above their price point, and the Chrono Road DISC variant brings that philosophy to disc-brake riders. For Indian conditions — think 35°C+ heat shimmer on Delhi flyovers, sudden monsoon downpours in Coorg, and the punchy gradients above Khandala — the combination of aerodynamic efficiency and reliable disc braking is genuinely compelling. A serious upgrade for competitive club riders and dedicated enthusiasts alike.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Wheelset fit comes down to three compatibility checks: your frame's axle standard (thru-axle dimensions or QR), your brake interface (Centerlock or 6-bolt disc), and your drivetrain's cassette body standard (Shimano HG, SRAM XDR, or Campagnolo). Indian riders upgrading from older bikes should pay particular attention to axle standards — when in doubt, contact Cobbled Climbs before ordering.

Compatibility Notes

Designed for disc brake road frames with modern axle standards. Confirm cassette body compatibility — Shimano HG, SRAM XDR, and Campagnolo options may vary by build. If tubeless-ready, pair with tubeless-compatible tyres, valve stems, and sealant. Avoid petroleum-based lubricants near rim surfaces. Periodically check spoke tension and bearing condition, especially after monsoon riding on wet, grit-heavy roads.

Pairs Well With

Complete your Chrono Road DISC setup with high-performance road tyres matched to the rim's internal width, a quality tubeless conversion kit including sealant and valves, disc brake rotors in the correct standard, and a calibrated torque wrench for safe installation on carbon-compatible components.
