Classic Drive 700xl Front Light

India's roads don't forgive poor visibility. Whether you're navigating pre-dawn training loops around Pune's Katraj Ghat, threading through Chennai's morning traffic, or tackling misty descents in Coorg, the Lezyne Classic Drive 700xl Front Light is built to keep you seen and safe across every condition Indian cycling throws at you. Cobbled Climbs is the authorised retailer for Vision in India.

Use Cases

Commuting. Visibility for early-morning and evening rides through Indian traffic.

Night training. High-output beam for night rides on unlit Indian roads.

Group rides. See-and-be-seen lighting for low-visibility conditions.

Our Take

The Classic Drive 700xl earns its place on Indian handlebars. Monsoon nights in Mumbai or Hyderabad demand a light that cuts through rain-blurred vision without giving up mid-ride. Lezyne's machined aluminium build handles heat, humidity, and pothole vibrations better than plastic-bodied competitors. Multiple output modes mean you can stretch runtime across long Deccan plateau rides without sacrificing confidence on unlit stretches. A genuinely solid choice for serious Indian riders.

Sizing for Indian Riders

This is a handlebar-mounted light, so fit depends on your bar diameter rather than body measurements. Lezyne's mount system accommodates standard 25.4mm and 31.8mm bars — both common across road and MTB builds sold in India. If you run an aero or non-standard bar profile, confirm compatibility with Cobbled Climbs before ordering. Heat cycling in Indian summers does not affect the mount's grip integrity.

Compatibility Notes

The Classic Drive 700xl charges via USB and is compatible with standard handlebar diameters. Works across road, gravel, MTB, and commuter setups. Pair with Lezyne's own rear lights for system-level USB charging compatibility. Store away from direct sunlight between rides — sustained 40°C+ heat in cities like Ahmedabad and Delhi can reduce lithium cell longevity over time.

Pairs Well With

Complete your visibility setup with a matched rear light for front-and-back coverage, a helmet mount for trail or touring use, a USB charging bank for multi-day bikepacking trips through the Western Ghats or Leh, and a handlebar bag that keeps your light accessible without blocking the beam.
