CR 800 Front Light

India's roads demand lights that do two jobs at once — illuminate the path ahead and make you visible to oncoming traffic. Whether you're threading through pre-dawn Pune traffic, descending a Khandala ghat in monsoon mist, or logging kilometres on Delhi's outer ring roads before sunrise, the Ravemen CR 800 Front Light is built to keep you seen and safe across every condition India throws at you.

Use Cases

Commuting. Visibility for early-morning and evening rides through Indian traffic.

Night training. High-output beam for night rides on unlit Indian roads.

Group rides. See-and-be-seen lighting for low-visibility conditions.

Our Take

The CR 800 earns its place on Indian handlebars by balancing output with battery management — a combination that matters when your pre-dawn ride extends longer than planned or monsoon clouds cut daylight to near-zero. For riders tackling the Western Ghats, Coorg forest roads, or Chennai's coastal routes in low-visibility conditions, this light delivers consistent performance without requiring constant recharging anxiety. A well-chosen mount keeps it secure over broken surfaces too.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Lights don't size like jerseys, but mount fit is critical. The CR 800 is designed to fit standard handlebar diameters commonly found on road and mountain bikes across India. If you ride an aero-profile bar or a non-standard cockpit setup — increasingly common on Indian endurance builds — verify the mount compatibility before ordering. Cobbled Climbs can advise on fit.

Compatibility Notes

The Ravemen CR 800 Front Light charges via USB, making it straightforward to top up anywhere in India — from a hotel room on a bikepacking route to a café stop in Ooty. Check that your handlebar diameter is compatible with the included mount. All Ravemen products sold at Cobbled Climbs are 100% genuine and authorised.

Pairs Well With

Complete your visibility setup with a dedicated rear light for full road presence, a helmet-mount adapter for trail or technical descents, a compact backup light for emergencies, and a waterproof handlebar bag to protect charging cables and accessories during monsoon rides.
