Details

The BB86-92 unit uses two aluminium cups machined from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum for stiffness and lightness. The cups house sealed chromium-steel bearings (ABEC5 / P5 – 2RS) and are protected with full axial and radial sealing to resist ingress of dust, water or grime. BIKONE’s Dual Cup Technology ensures perfect alignment of bearings on both sides, removing unwanted play or noise under torque. Spacers and O-rings are included so chain-line can be fine-tuned for different frames or cranksets.

Specifications

The bottom bracket fits press-fit frames with an internal shell diameter of 41 mm and a shell width between 86.5 mm and 92 mm (BB86/BB92 standard). It is compatible with SRAM DUB cranksets using a 29 mm spindle diameter (standard DUB). The unit weighs approximately 86 g once installed. Included with the BB are spacers (2×1 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 4.5 mm) and O-rings for precise setup.
