Dimension Eva

The Prologo Dimension Eva is a saddle built for riders who spend serious Time in the saddle — whether that's grinding through the Western Ghats, tackling Pune's weekend climbs, or logging base miles in Chennai's humid heat. Saddle choice is one of the most personal decisions in cycling, and the Eva's design prioritises sustained comfort without sacrificing pedalling efficiency.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

For Indian riders, the Dimension Eva makes a strong case for long-ride comfort. In temperatures regularly exceeding 35°C — think summer rides out of Hyderabad or Ahmedabad — a saddle's shell breathability and padding density become as critical as its shape. The Eva's construction is oriented toward all-day comfort, making it well suited to brevet riding, endurance training, and regular commuting where saddle fatigue compounds over kilometres, not just hours. Allow five to six rides before passing judgment — any quality saddle rewards patience.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Match saddle width to your sit-bone measurement: sit on firm cardboard, mark the dimples, measure centre to centre, then add approximately 25mm. Indian riders typically fit saddles in the 130–155mm range. Prologo saddles often come in multiple widths, so if you are between sizes, consider your riding position — a more aggressive, forward position generally suits a narrower profile.

Compatibility Notes

The Dimension Eva is compatible with seatposts using a standard 7×7mm rail clamp. Confirm your seatpost diameter matches your frame — common sizes include 27.2mm, 30.9mm, and 31.6mm. If your seatpost clamp is designed for carbon rails, observe the manufacturer's torque specification carefully to avoid rail damage. Minor fore-aft and tilt adjustments can significantly change ride comfort.

Pairs Well With

Complete your setup with padded bib shorts suited to long-distance riding, a quality seatpost that matches your frame, chamois cream for hot and humid conditions — especially useful during monsoon-season rides — and a lightweight saddle bag for essentials on longer routes.
