Dimension R2 Ndr

The Prologo Dimension R2 Ndr is a road saddle built for riders who spend serious hours in the saddle — whether that's daily training laps around Pune's Sinhagad Road, weekend climbs toward Lonavala, or longer brevet-style efforts where comfort across four or more hours is non-negotiable. It combines a performance-oriented shell profile with Prologo's NDR (Non Deforming Resin) padding technology, aimed at maintaining consistent support even as temperatures climb.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

India's heat changes saddle comfort in ways that don't show up on spec sheets. Padding that feels plush in a European showroom can compress and harden by kilometre 80 on a Chennai or Hyderabad summer morning. The Dimension R2 Ndr's NDR padding is specifically designed to resist deformation under load and temperature, making it a strong candidate for Indian endurance and road racing riders who log big weekly kilometres in conditions that punish ordinary foam.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Prologo saddles follow European sizing conventions based on sit-bone width. Measure your sit bones by sitting on cardboard, marking the pressure points, measuring centre to centre, then adding approximately 25mm. Most Indian riders fall in the 130–145mm range. Prologo's Dimension range typically comes in two or three widths — choose the narrower end for an aggressive road position and the wider for a more upright, endurance setup.

Compatibility Notes

The Dimension R2 Ndr is compatible with standard 7×7mm rail clamp seatposts. Confirm your seatpost clamp type before ordering. For carbon-railed variants, always follow manufacturer torque specifications and use a carbon-compatible clamp. The saddle suits road frames with 27.2mm, 30.9mm, or 31.6mm seatpost diameters when paired with the appropriate post.

Pairs Well With

For a complete road setup, consider pairing this saddle with quality padded bib shorts for long-distance comfort, a carbon or alloy seatpost matched to your frame, chamois cream for hot-weather riding, and a lightweight saddle bag for essentials on longer routes.
