Description
The Pinarello Dogma X DISC Framekit is a serious carbon road frame built for riders who refuse to compromise. Positioned at the top of Pinarello's endurance-road range, it brings race-derived geometry and disc-brake stopping power to every ride — from Pune's Sinhagad climbs to the rolling chaos of Delhi's outer ring roads. At Rs. 5,99,070, this is a long-term investment in how you ride.
Use Cases
Race day. Aerodynamic and stiff construction for competitive efforts.
Daily training. Comfort and reliability for repeat training rides.
All-road and gravel. Versatile geometry for road, gravel, and all-road exploration in India.
Our Take
The Dogma X DISC sits at an interesting crossroads: aggressive enough for competitive riders, yet capable enough for all-day endurance efforts. For Indian conditions — 35°C+ summer heat in Hyderabad, monsoon descents in Lonavala, and the relentlessly broken tarmac outside any major city — a disc-equipped endurance carbon frame makes more practical sense than a pure aero race machine. This one earns its price tag through material quality and design intent, not just the badge.
Sizing for Indian Riders
Pinarello sizing runs on European geometry charts that favour longer torsos. Indian riders, who often have proportionally shorter torsos relative to height, should cross-reference stack and reach figures carefully rather than relying on height alone. If you are between sizes, size down for a performance-forward position, size up for longer endurance rides in the Nilgiris or Coorg. A professional bike fit before ordering is strongly recommended.
Compatibility Notes
Confirm bottom bracket standard, headset diameter, seatpost diameter, and flat-mount disc brake compatibility before specifying your build. Tyre clearance should be verified — Indian roads genuinely benefit from tyres on the wider end of what a frame allows. Contact Cobbled Climbs' build team for groupset and wheel pairing guidance before purchasing.
Pairs Well With
Complete your Dogma X DISC build with a quality electronic or mechanical road groupset, a carbon wheelset suited to disc brakes, a performance finishing kit (bar, stem, and seatpost), and a reliable power meter for training on Indian roads. All categories are available at Cobbled Climbs.
