Drome PRO Air Men's Jersey

India's riding conditions demand more from a jersey than most. Whether you're grinding up the Western Ghats outside Pune, logging early-morning kilometres in Chennai's humidity, or pushing hard on a Hyderabad club ride, fabric performance is non-negotiable. The MAAP Drome PRO Air Men's Jersey is built for exactly these high-heat, high-effort scenarios — delivering breathability, moisture management, and a race-fit construction that performs from the first pedal stroke.

Use Cases

Daily training. Lightweight, breathable construction for repeat use across 35°C+ Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai training rides.

Race day. Race-fit cut and moisture-wicking fabric for timed events and competitive efforts.

Long endurance rides. Durable fabric and pocket-rich design for full-day rides through the Western Ghats or coastal stretches.

Our Take

For Indian riders tackling 35°C+ training days, the Drome PRO Air stands out as a serious choice. The moisture-wicking fabric moves sweat away efficiently in conditions that would overwhelm lesser jerseys — think Lonavala climbs in peak summer or Delhi rides before the monsoon breaks. The silicone gripper hem stays put on longer efforts, and the ventilation control from the zip is genuinely useful when temperature swings hit mid-ride. This is performance apparel that earns its price tag.

Sizing for Indian Riders

MAAP uses European sizing, which cuts slimmer than most Indian or Asian brands. If you normally wear a Medium in Indian kit, start with a Large in MAAP. Riders with broader shoulders or a chest above 100cm should size up without hesitation. For hot-weather riding without a base layer — which covers most of India outside December — your standard MAAP size works well. Measure your chest before ordering.

Compatibility Notes

Works across road, gravel, and sportive riding. Pairs cleanly with MAAP bib shorts and base layers for a cohesive fit through the shoulders and torso. Machine washable — use mild detergent at 30°C. Avoid fabric softener, which degrades moisture-wicking fibres. Hang to dry; tumble drying damages technical fabrics. Store completely dry during monsoon months to prevent mildew.

Pairs Well With

Complete your kit with matching bib shorts for a consistent race-day look, UV-protective arm sleeves for long sun-exposed rides around Ooty or Coorg, a well-ventilated road helmet for heat management, and quality cycling sunglasses to handle India's intense glare.
