Energy Mens Jersey

Riders pushing through Chennai's coastal humidity, grinding up the Western Ghats toward Lonavala, or logging early-morning kilometres in Delhi summer heat need a jersey that handles sweat, warmth, and repeated washing without complaint. The Monton Energy Mens Jersey is built for exactly that — a technical cycling jersey priced at Rs. 6,450 for riders who train seriously and want their kit to keep up.

Use Cases

Daily training. Lightweight, breathable construction for repeat use across 35°C+ Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai training rides.

Race day. Race-fit cut and moisture-wicking fabric for timed events and competitive efforts.

Long endurance rides. Durable fabric and pocket-rich design for full-day rides through the Western Ghats or coastal stretches.

Our Take

For Indian conditions, fabric performance is everything. The Monton Energy Mens Jersey moves moisture away from the skin quickly, which matters on 35°C+ climbs in Pune or humid Ooty descents where sweat management is the difference between comfort and misery. The silicone hem gripper stays put during aggressive efforts, and the construction holds up through the weekly washing frequency that serious Indian riders demand. Solid value at this price point.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Monton uses European sizing, which cuts slimmer than Indian or Asian brands. If you normally wear M in Indian brands, start with L in Monton. Riders above 90kg or with broader shoulders should size up without hesitation. In peak Indian summer, a slightly relaxed fit also improves airflow — snug is good, but suffocating kills performance on long rides in Hyderabad or Ahmedabad heat.

Compatibility Notes

Works across road, gravel, and commuter setups. Pairs naturally with Monton bib shorts for a cohesive fit line. Machine wash at 30°C with mild detergent — skip fabric softener, which degrades moisture-wicking fibres. Hang to dry; tumble drying damages technical fabrics. During monsoon season, store completely dry to prevent mildew.

Pairs Well With

Complete your kit with matching bib shorts for consistent fit and chamois coverage, UV-protective arm sleeves for long Coorg or Ooty rides, quality cycling sunglasses to handle bright Indian conditions, and a well-ventilated road helmet that pairs with the jersey's breathable intent.
