Fluxer MIPS Helmet

The Sweet Protection Fluxer MIPS Helmet is built for riders who refuse to compromise between safety and comfort on the road. With its integrated MIPS rotational impact protection, multi-vent airflow design, and adjustable retention system, it is a considered choice for cyclists riding through India's demanding heat and varied terrain.

Use Cases

Daily training. Ventilated construction for 35°C+ Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai training rides.

Race day. Aerodynamic profile and certified safety standards for competitive efforts.

Long endurance rides. Comfort-first padding and adjustable retention for full-day rides.

Our Take

India's riding calendar demands a helmet that performs across Chennai's coastal humidity, Pune's punishing summer climbs, and the long Lonavala descents where heat builds quickly. The Fluxer MIPS delivers confidence-inspiring protection with MIPS technology reducing rotational force on impact, paired with ventilation that keeps airflow moving at 35°C and above. For riders seeking a premium European-engineered lid at this price point, it is a well-considered option.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Sweet Protection follows European sizing conventions. Measure your head circumference at the forehead, above the eyebrows — typical ranges are S (51–55 cm), M (55–59 cm), and L (59–63 cm). Indian riders with broader head profiles should size up if between measurements. The adjustable retention dial allows fine-tuning for a secure fit even during sweat-heavy rides in Hyderabad or Delhi summers.

Compatibility Notes

The Fluxer MIPS meets international cycling safety certifications. Compatible with road, gravel, and endurance cycling disciplines. Cycling sunglasses with standard temple width fit without interference. Replace after any significant impact regardless of visible external damage — internal EPS foam compresses permanently on hard contact. UV exposure during long Indian rides accelerates foam ageing; inspect annually.

Pairs Well With

Complete your setup with cycling sunglasses that offer UV400 protection for Indian sun exposure, a lightweight merino or synthetic cycling cap for sweat management under the helmet, a high-visibility rear light for low-light riding, and a full-length or short-sleeve base layer for temperature regulation on long climbs.
