Geocity Grip Platform Pedal

The Look Geocity Grip Platform Pedal is a flat platform pedal designed for urban and hybrid cycling — no cleats required. Built with a composite body, textured grip surface, and metal pins, it suits riders who prefer the freedom of regular shoes for city commutes, errands, or casual weekend rides across India's varied urban terrain.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable cleat retention and bearing durability for repeat training use.

Race day. Lightweight design and clean release for competitive efforts.

Indoor training. Smooth float and compatibility with indoor trainer setups.

Our Take

For riders in Pune, Delhi, or Chennai navigating stop-start city traffic, a reliable platform pedal makes every day easier. The Geocity Grip's textured surface and pin grip keep your foot planted whether you're in office shoes or trainers. In 35°C+ heat, foot placement matters — and Look's construction quality means the axle stays smooth ride after ride without demanding constant attention.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Platform pedals are one-size-fits-all by design — no cleat pattern to match. The Geocity Grip suits standard 9/16-inch crank arms found on almost every adult bicycle sold in India. Riders with wider feet may appreciate the generous platform area. Choose your colour — Black, Camouflage, Yellow, or Red — to match your bike's personality.

Compatibility Notes

Standard 9/16-inch axle thread fits virtually all adult bike crank arms. Compatible with road and hybrid bikes. No cleat system involved — use with any flat-soled shoe. The composite-and-metal construction handles Indian humidity and monsoon splash well; rinse and dry periodically to keep the axle bearings running freely.

Pairs Well With

Complete your urban or hybrid setup with a matching saddle and seatpost combination, ergonomic flat handlebars or grips suited to city riding, a quality urban helmet, and front and rear lighting for early-morning or evening commutes on Indian roads.
