Giustaforza Dlx 2-16 Nm Torque Wrench

A torque wrench is not optional when you're running carbon components — it's the difference between a correctly torqued stem and a cracked steerer. The Effetto Mariposa Giustaforza Dlx covers the 2–16 Nm range that handles virtually every bolt on a modern road or gravel bike, from delicate carbon seatposts to handlebar clamps, making it an essential workshop tool for serious riders across India. Cobbled Climbs is the authorised retailer for Time in India.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

Indian riding — whether the steep switchbacks of Ooty, the long climbs outside Pune, or the punishing summer heat of Ahmedabad at 40°C+ — puts real stress on components and the fasteners holding them together. Thermal expansion means bolts can shift over time, and re-torquing periodically is good practice. The Giustaforza Dlx delivers the precision Italian engineering that carbon-equipped cyclists need at home, without relying on a workshop. At Rs. 18,235, it is a long-term investment in component safety.

Sizing for Indian Riders

A torque wrench has no body sizing, but tool fit matters differently here: the Giustaforza Dlx uses a standard quarter-inch drive, compatible with most cycling bit sets. Indian riders running a mix of metric bolts across Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo components will find the 2–16 Nm range covers the full spectrum of cockpit and component fasteners without any adapters needed.

Compatibility Notes

The Giustaforza Dlx is compatible with quarter-inch bit sets and covers the torque range used by the vast majority of road and gravel cycling components — stems, handlebars, seatposts, brake mounts, and derailleur hangers. Always cross-reference the torque value marked on each component. Not suitable as a substitute for a bottom bracket or pedal tool. Store away from moisture during monsoon months.

Pairs Well With

Complete your workshop setup with a quality carbon assembly paste, a comprehensive cycling bit set, a chain checker and drivetrain cleaning kit, and a portable mini-pump for post-service test rides. Together these cover routine home maintenance for any road or gravel build.
