Gtr Team 105 12s DISC Brake Road Bike

The Wilier Gtr Team 105 12s Disc Brake Road Bike is a purpose-built endurance road machine constructed around a carbon frame and paired with Shimano's 12-speed 105 groupset. Designed for riders who want a complete, race-capable platform that handles everything from Pune's expressway training loops to the sustained climbs of Coorg and Ooty.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

Shimano 105 12-speed is the sweet spot for serious Indian cyclists — reliable under monsoon grime, hydraulic disc brakes give confident stopping on Lonavala and Khandala descents, and the carbon frame keeps the weight honest for Western Ghats climbing. At Rs. 2,84,990, this is a genuine performance investment that punches above its price point for endurance road riding across India's varied terrain.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Wilier's European sizing runs true to continental proportions — Indian riders with shorter torsos relative to height should pay close attention to reach and stack figures, not just frame size. Use Wilier's geometry chart alongside your inseam and height. Between sizes? Size down for a more aggressive race position; size up for long-distance comfort on all-day rides. A professional bike fit is strongly advised.

Compatibility Notes

This complete bike ships with Shimano 105 12-speed hydraulic disc components. Pedals are not included — choose 3-bolt SPD-SL or Look-compatible options to match your cycling shoes. Flat-mount disc brake standard. First service after the initial 100 km is recommended; annual servicing maintains warranty validity and component longevity.

Pairs Well With

Complete your setup with clipless road pedals matched to your shoe system, a well-fitted road cycling helmet, breathable summer bib shorts or rain-ready kit for monsoon training, and a quality track pump for home tyre maintenance. A saddlebag with puncture repair essentials rounds out any endurance kit.
