Gtr Team Limited Edition Ultegra DISC Road Bike

The Wilier GTR Team Limited Edition Ultegra DISC is an Italian-engineered carbon endurance road bike wearing the colours of the Italian flag. Built around a full Shimano Ultegra DISC groupset, it balances all-day comfort with genuine performance — making it equally capable on the smooth expressways outside Pune, the winding climbs toward Ooty, and the patchy urban roads of Hyderabad or Delhi.

Use Cases

Race day. Race geometry and pro-level component spec for competitive efforts.

Daily training. Endurance geometry and comfort for repeat training rides.

All-road and gravel. Versatile platform for road, gravel, and bikepacking in India.

Our Take

Wilier's GTR Team in its Limited Edition Italian Flag livery is a genuinely special machine for the serious Indian road cyclist. The endurance geometry suits long days in the saddle — think Lonavala loops or full Coorg routes — while hydraulic disc brakes handle unpredictable road surfaces and monsoon downpours with confidence. At Rs. 3,50,000, this is a career bike, not a starter bike, and it rewards riders who are ready to commit to training properly.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Wilier's GTR Team uses European sizing based on seat tube length. Indian riders tend to have shorter torsos relative to leg length compared to European sizing assumptions — if you fall between sizes, consider the smaller frame and use a longer stem for reach adjustment. In India's heat, a slightly more upright endurance fit reduces neck and lower-back fatigue on long climbs. A professional bike fit is strongly recommended before your first long ride.

Compatibility Notes

This bike ships as a complete, professionally assembled build from Mumbai. It is compatible with Shimano Ultegra Di2 or mechanical Ultegra-standard accessories. Disc brake rotors follow Shimano flat-mount standards. Pedals are not included — choose SPD-SL or Look Keo cleats to match your road shoes. First service after 100km is recommended to re-torque bolts and bed in brake pads.

Pairs Well With

Complete your setup with a quality road helmet, Shimano Ultegra or 105-compatible road pedals, carbon-soled cycling shoes for efficient power transfer, and a high-volume track pump for home tyre management. A cycling computer rounds out the cockpit for training data on Indian roads.
