Hecto Drive 500xl Front Light

India's riding conditions — pre-dawn training rides in Chennai, monsoon-soaked commutes in Mumbai, and dusty dusk loops around Hyderabad's outskirts — place real demands on your lighting setup. The Lezyne Hecto Drive 500xl Front Light is a dependable front light built to keep you visible and confident across every condition Indian roads throw at you, priced at Rs. 4,395 with free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,500.

Use Cases

Commuting. Visibility for early-morning and evening rides through Indian traffic.

Night training. High-output beam for night rides on unlit Indian roads.

Group rides. See-and-be-seen lighting for low-visibility conditions.

Our Take

For riders tackling early-morning climbs toward Lonavala or navigating Pune's congested evening traffic, the Hecto Drive 500xl punches well above its price point. Lezyne's machined aluminium body handles India's heat and humidity better than plastic-shell alternatives, and the USB charging means you're never hunting for proprietary cables on tour. This is a dependable, no-compromise front light for Indian conditions — practical, well-made, and genuinely road-worthy.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Lights don't have a size per se, but the Hecto Drive 500xl's mount diameter matters. Check that your handlebar — whether a standard round 31.8mm road bar or a compact 25.4mm commuter bar — is compatible with the included mount. Riders on aero-profile or non-round bars should verify fit before ordering. Contact Cobbled Climbs for personalised guidance if unsure.

Compatibility Notes

The Hecto Drive 500xl mounts to standard handlebar diameters and charges via USB — compatible with most modern power banks and wall adapters widely available across India. All Lezyne products at Cobbled Climbs are 100% genuine and authorised. Store the light dry between monsoon rides and avoid direct prolonged sun exposure when not in use to preserve the battery cell.

Pairs Well With

Complete your visibility setup with a matching Lezyne rear light, a secure out-front handlebar mount for better beam angle, a compact helmet-mount light for technical descents, and a weatherproof saddle bag to carry your charging cable on longer rides or bikepacking trips through Coorg or the Western Ghats.
