High Performance Lsk Bartape

Bar tape is the most direct contact point between your hands and the road, and on Indian tarmac — potholed city streets, chip-seal climbs around Lonavala, or the rough descents near Ooty — that interface matters enormously. The BTP High Performance LSK Bartape is built to absorb road buzz while keeping your grip confident through long rides, sweaty palms, and the occasional monsoon sprint. Cobbled Climbs is the exclusive Indian distributor for Campagnolo in India.

Use Cases

Daily training. Comfortable reach and bar shape for repeat training use.

Race day. Aerodynamic profile and compact drop for competitive fit.

Long endurance rides. Multiple hand positions for fatigue management on full-day rides.

Our Take

BTP has produced a bar tape that takes Indian riding conditions seriously. The LSK construction delivers genuine vibration damping — useful on the patched tarmac of Pune's outskirts or Delhi's ring roads where your hands take a constant beating. Grip holds up well in humid conditions, and the finish feels durable enough for riders who log serious kilometres. At Rs. 2,795, it sits in a price bracket where quality and longevity should justify the spend — and this one does.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Bar tape sizing is universal — one roll wraps a standard drop bar. Indian riders with larger hands may prefer double-wrapping over the brake hoods for added cushioning, particularly on longer endurance rides in heat above 35°C where palm fatigue sets in faster. Ensure your bar diameter falls within the standard range before ordering.

Compatibility Notes

The BTP High Performance LSK Bartape is compatible with standard drop handlebars. It works with Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo brake hood setups. Clean the bar surface before application for best adhesion. Replace tape annually for daily riders, or when grip or cushioning visibly degrades — more frequently if riding through monsoon season regularly.

Pairs Well With

Complete your contact-point setup with a quality pair of road cycling gloves for added palm protection, a reliable torque wrench for installation, cycling-specific hand wash or bar cleaner for tape maintenance, and an ergonomic saddle to balance overall comfort on longer climbs.
