Ia Advanced 105 RIM Brake TT Bike

The Felt Ia Advanced 105 RIM Brake TT Bike is a purpose-built Time trial machine, engineered from the ground up for athletes who take their race splits seriously. Whether you're lining up at an Ironman, a local triathlon in Pune, or a time trial stage in Delhi, this is a complete platform — not a road bike with clip-on bars bolted on.

Use Cases

Daily training. Durable rim and reliable hub bearings for repeat training use.

Race day. Aerodynamic depth and weight-optimised construction for competitive efforts.

All-rounder. Versatile depth and width for road, gravel, or all-road riding.

Our Take

Felt's Ia series has long been a benchmark in triathlon and TT racing, and the Advanced 105 build brings serious aero performance to a more accessible price point. For Indian triathletes targeting events in Hyderabad, Chennai, or competing internationally, the rim brake setup demands confidence in consistent braking, but rewards you with a cleaner, lighter front end optimised for aerodynamic efficiency. At Rs. 3,09,990, this is a committed investment in race-day speed.

Sizing for Indian Riders

TT bike fit is far more exacting than a standard road bike. Indian riders tend to have proportionally shorter torsos relative to leg length — confirm this against Felt's geometry chart before ordering. In hot conditions above 35°C common in Chennai or Ahmedabad, a slightly more upright TT position reduces fatigue on longer race legs. Professional bike fit is not optional here; it is essential.

Compatibility Notes

This bike runs rim brakes — check that your chosen race wheels are rim-brake compatible. Shimano 105 groupset components are widely serviceable across India's major cities. Pedals are not included; pair with your preferred cleat system (SPD-SL or Look Keo). First service is recommended within the first 100km of riding.

Pairs Well With

Complete your TT setup with a well-fitted aero helmet, a pair of clipless pedals matched to your shoes, a race-specific saddle suited to a forward TT position, and a track pump for tyre pressure management before every session. Available with free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,500 and COD across India.
