Inpower 3d30 Bcd110x5x2 170mm

Serious training demands serious data. The Rotor Inpower 3D30 is a left-side crank arm power meter built around a 110x5 BCD spider interface with a 170mm arm length, giving Indian road cyclists a direct, accurate window into their wattage output — whether grinding up the Western Ghats, pushing tempo on Pune's outskirts, or building fitness on Chennai's coastal flats.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

For riders who want to stop guessing and start training with purpose, the Rotor Inpower 3D30 is a compelling entry into power-based training at a price point that makes sense in the Indian market. At Rs. 20,900 with free delivery above Rs. 2,500, it's genuinely accessible. The 170mm arm length suits a wide range of Indian riders, and the 110x5 BCD is widely compatible with modern road cranksets. In the heat of a Delhi summer or a humid Coorg weekend ride, reliable wattage data helps you pace smarter and avoid blowing up.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Crank arm length is a fit consideration, not just a spec. The 170mm arm on this unit suits riders roughly between 165–178cm in height as a general guide, though bike fit always takes precedence. Indian riders who have been fitted on 172.5mm cranks should consult a fitter before switching. This is not apparel sizing — there is no exchange once installed, so confirm your current crank length before ordering.

Compatibility Notes

The Rotor Inpower 3D30 uses a 110x5 BCD (5-bolt) spider interface with a 30mm spindle diameter. It is compatible with bottom brackets that accept a 30mm spindle — verify your frame's BB shell standard (BSA, PF30, BB386) before ordering. It pairs wirelessly via ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart with cycling computers from Garmin, Wahoo, and others. Calibration is performed through your head unit. All Rotor products at Cobbled Climbs are 100% genuine and authorised.

Pairs Well With

To build a complete power-training setup, consider pairing this with a GPS cycling computer (ANT+/Bluetooth compatible), a matching right-side crank arm for dual-leg measurement, a cadence sensor if not already integrated, and a quality bottom bracket suited to your frame's shell standard.
