Keo Blade Carbon Ceramic Ti

The Look Keo Blade Carbon Ceramic Ti sits at the top of Look's clipless road pedal range, combining a carbon composite body, ceramic ball bearings, and a titanium axle to reduce weight and rolling resistance in one of road cycling's most critical contact points. If you are serious about performance riding — whether in Pune's weekend hill groups or on the Leh highway — this is a pedal that earns its price tag every kilometre.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

For Indian riders chasing efficiency on the Western Ghats or grinding through Chennai's flat coastal roads in 35°C+ heat, the Keo Blade Carbon Ceramic Ti is a genuine upgrade. Ceramic bearings roll noticeably freer than steel under load and handle humidity better over time. The carbon body keeps platform stiffness high without unnecessary weight, and the blade tension system offers a crisp, confidence-inspiring engagement on steep Lonavala climbs or during bunch sprint finishes.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Look Keo pedals use a 3-bolt cleat pattern — compatible with most road cycling shoes from Shimano, Sidi, Fizik, and Giro. Indian riders with wider feet should choose the 6° float cleat for knee comfort on longer efforts. New riders or those coming from walking cleats should avoid the 0° fixed option. If you train daily in Mumbai or Bengaluru traffic, the 4.5° cleat offers a practical middle ground.

Compatibility Notes

Axle thread is standard 9/16-inch, fitting virtually all road crank arms. Works exclusively with Look Keo cleats — not compatible with SPD-SL, Speedplay, or Crank Brothers systems. Ceramic bearings benefit from periodic cleaning, especially after monsoon rides or dusty Rajasthan or Delhi winter routes. Recommended service interval is every 5,000–10,000 km. Cleats should be replaced annually or sooner if engagement feels inconsistent.
