Macht Shock Pump

Suspension setup is one of the most overlooked performance variables for Indian riders tackling everything from the broken tarmac of Pune's outskirts to the loose gravel of Coorg's forest trails. The Birzman Macht Shock Pump brings precision inflation to your fork and rear shock, letting you dial in sag and pressure with confidence before every ride — no guesswork, no wasted air. Cobbled Climbs is the authorised retailer for Time in India.

Use Cases

Workshop use. Floor pump for daily tyre pressure adjustment before rides.

On-the-road inflation. Compact mini pump for puncture repair on rides.

Tubeless setup. High-volume inflator for tubeless bead seating.

Our Take

India's roads demand more from suspension than almost anywhere else. Potholes in Delhi, rough surfaces around Hyderabad, and the relentless descents of Ooty and Khandala all require correctly pressurised suspension. The Birzman Macht Shock Pump gives you the fine control to set pressure accurately, hold it without bleed-back, and adjust confidently in heat above 35°C where air pressure readings can shift. At Rs. 4,290, it is a sensible, one-time investment for any serious mountain or gravel rider.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Shock pumps are universal tools, not sized by body type — but the Macht's gauge range and hose length should suit the majority of suspension forks and rear shocks available in India. If you run a high-volume air spring or a dual-chamber shock, verify the maximum PSI rating of the pump against your suspension manufacturer's recommendations before purchase.

Compatibility Notes

The Birzman Macht Shock Pump is designed for Schrader-valve suspension air chambers, the standard across virtually all modern air forks and rear shocks including RockShox, Fox, and DT Swiss units. It is not intended for tyre inflation. Keep the pump head clean and store away from direct sunlight to prevent seal degradation in India's high ambient temperatures.
