Manta MIPS Aero Helmet

Aerodynamic helmet design has reached a point where speed and airflow no longer have to trade off against each other. The MET Manta MIPS Aero Helmet brings that thinking to Indian roads — where 35°C+ temperatures, punishing climbs from Lonavala to Ooty, and long weekend sportives demand a lid that keeps you safe, cool, and quick without compromise. Cobbled Climbs is the authorised retailer for Dynamic in India.

Use Cases

Daily training. Ventilated construction for 35°C+ Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai training rides.

Race day. Aerodynamic profile and certified safety standards for competitive efforts.

Long endurance rides. Comfort-first padding and adjustable retention for full-day rides.

Our Take

The Manta MIPS sits in a category where serious road cyclists and event riders will feel the difference. For riders tackling the Western Ghats, the Hyderabad–Pune highway on a Saturday morning, or local criteriums in Chennai and Delhi, this helmet delivers aero efficiency without baking your head. MIPS rotational protection means you are not sacrificing safety for speed — a trade-off we refuse to accept at any price point.

Sizing for Indian Riders

European aero helmets can run narrow through the temples. Indian riders with broader heads should measure carefully — wrap a soft tape at the forehead, one finger above the eyebrows. Standard sizing runs S=51–55cm, M=55–59cm, L=59–63cm. In high-humidity cities like Kolkata and Chennai, a secure retention system matters more than a snug aesthetic fit — prioritise adjustability.

Compatibility Notes

The Manta MIPS is certified to international safety standards including EN 1078. The MIPS liner is integrated at the factory — no aftermarket addition needed. Check sunglass temple compatibility with the helmet's internal channels before purchasing eyewear separately. Replace after any significant impact, even without visible external damage.

Pairs Well With

Complete the aero setup with a pair of road cycling sunglasses, an aerodynamic road cycling jersey, lightweight cycling gloves for longer sportive efforts, and a quality rear visibility light for early-morning rides on Indian highways. Each category is stocked at Cobbled Climbs with free delivery above Rs. 2,500.
