Marvel 60d Carbon DISC Wheelset

The Elite Wheels Marvel 60d Carbon DISC Wheelset is a serious performance upgrade for Indian road riders who demand aero efficiency without sacrificing the durability needed on varied surfaces — from Pune's smooth expressways to the demanding climbs of Lonavala and the rough patches that follow every monsoon season. At Rs. 66,999, this is a considered investment in speed and feel.

Use Cases

Daily training. Durable rim and reliable hub bearings for repeat training use.

Race day. Aerodynamic depth and weight-optimised construction for competitive efforts.

All-rounder. Versatile depth and width for road, gravel, or all-road riding.

Our Take

Sixty millimetres of carbon depth puts you firmly in aero territory — meaningful on flat stretches around Delhi, Hyderabad, or Chennai where speeds above 30 km/h are sustainable. For Ghat climbing around Coorg or Ooty, the disc brake standard gives confident, consistent stopping power regardless of rim temperature or wet conditions. Indian monsoon riding is hard on wheels; carbon construction and disc compatibility make this a practical choice, not just a fast one.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Wheelset fit comes down to three compatibility checks: axle standard (QR or thru-axle with exact dimensions), cassette body type (Shimano HG, SRAM XDR, or Campagnolo), and disc rotor interface (Centerlock or 6-bolt). In India's heat, thru-axle setups run stiffer and more reliably than QR under hard braking. Confirm your frame's maximum tyre clearance against the rim's internal width before ordering.

Compatibility Notes

Disc brake standard — confirm Centerlock or 6-bolt rotor interface against your existing rotors. Tubeless-ready construction requires tubeless-compatible tyres, valve stems, and sealant — not included. Rim tape may be pre-installed; verify before tubeless conversion. Compatible with modern thru-axle standards — confirm exact dimensions with your frame and fork specifications.

Pairs Well With

Complete this build with a quality road tubeless tyre suited to Indian surfaces, tubeless sealant and valve stems, disc brake rotors matching your chosen interface standard, and a calibrated torque wrench for correct axle and rotor installation. A track pump with pressure gauge rounds out the setup.
