Mcc Ws+ Road Wheel

The Corima Mcc Ws+ Road Wheel is a premium, precision-built wheelset designed for riders who demand performance on every terrain. From smooth expressway tarmac on the Mumbai-Pune corridor to the punishing climbs of the Western Ghats, this wheel balances aerodynamic efficiency with lateral stiffness and the tyre clearance versatility that Indian roads demand. Cobbled Climbs is the exclusive Indian distributor for Campagnolo in India.

Use Cases

Daily training. Durable rim and reliable hub bearings for repeat training use.

Race day. Aerodynamic depth and weight-optimised construction for competitive efforts.

All-rounder. Versatile depth and width for road, gravel, or all-road riding.

Our Take

Corima's Mcc Ws+ sits at the serious end of road wheel performance, and at Rs. 1,80,000, it earns its price tag through build quality and heritage. For Indian riders tackling Lonavala or Nandi Hills in summer heat above 35°C, wheel stiffness on sharp climbs and reliable bearing engagement on fast descents matter enormously. This is a wheel for riders ready to stop compromising on the component that affects every ride the most.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Wheelset fit is a compatibility exercise, not a size chart. Confirm your frame's axle standard (QR 130mm or thru-axle dimensions), brake type (rim or disc), and cassette body (Shimano HG, SRAM XDR, or Campagnolo) before ordering. In India's high-humidity monsoon months, sealed bearing quality becomes critical — Corima's precision hub internals are built for exactly this kind of varied-condition use.

Compatibility Notes

Verify axle standard, brake interface, and cassette body compatibility before ordering. Rim brake versions require the correct pad compound for the rim surface. Tubeless-ready rims need tubeless-compatible tyres, valve stems, and sealant. Check Corima's recommended service intervals for hub bearings, especially if riding through monsoon-season conditions in Chennai, Kolkata, or coastal routes.

Pairs Well With

Complete the setup with high-performance road tyres matched to the rim's internal width, a quality tubeless conversion kit including sealant and valves, a calibrated torque wrench for proper installation, and a dedicated wheel bag for travel to events in Pune, Hyderabad, or Delhi.
