M4 Replace Pin Kit for Gamma

The MKS Pedals M4 Replace Pin Kit for the Gamma pedal is a straightforward, practical spare that keeps your platform pedals in peak condition. If your Gamma's grip pins have worn flat, snapped, or gone missing after rough surfaces — the potholed stretches around Pune's outskirts or the loose gravel of a Coorg descent — this kit restores traction and control without replacing the entire pedal. Cobbled Climbs is the authorised retailer for Mks Pedal in India.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

Platform pedals earn their keep on commutes and casual rides, but worn grip pins turn a confident pedal into a slippery liability, especially when roads are wet during the Mumbai or Chennai monsoon. The M4 Replace Pin Kit for the Gamma is a sensible, low-cost fix that extends the life of a quality pedal. At Rs. 1,495 with free delivery above Rs. 2,500, it is the most practical maintenance purchase you can make for your Gamma pedals.

Sizing for Indian Riders

This is a replacement pin kit, not a pedal — sizing is not applicable in the traditional sense. Confirm your pedal model is the MKS Gamma before ordering. The M4 thread specification matches the Gamma's pin sockets. No special tools beyond a standard Allen key are needed for installation in the heat of an Indian summer garage.

Compatibility Notes

Designed specifically for the MKS Gamma platform pedal. Pin thread is M4. Not compatible with other MKS models unless explicitly confirmed. Metal construction handles Indian heat and humidity well; rinse pins clean after monsoon rides on muddy roads. Periodically check pin tightness as vibration from rough road surfaces can loosen them over time.

Pairs Well With

Round out your pedal maintenance kit with platform pedal washers or axle service kits, a quality hex key set, lightweight chain lubricant suited to Indian dust and humidity, and flat-soled shoes with grippy rubber soles for maximum pin contact.
