Mondopack Saddle Bag

Long rides across the Western Ghats, multi-day loops through Coorg, or quick century runs out of Pune — all demand a saddle bag that stays put, keeps gear dry, and mounts without fuss. The Topeak Mondopack Saddle Bag is built for exactly these demands, offering a waterproof, Lightweight solution for Indian cyclists who carry essentials without a backpack.

Use Cases

Daily training. All-day comfort across 2-3 hour training rides in Indian conditions.

Race day. Race-cut profile with cutout for time-trial and aggressive fit positions.

Long endurance rides. Pressure-relief construction for rides exceeding four hours.

Our Take

For Indian riders covering 100km+ days or tackling wet descents between Lonavala and Khandala during monsoon, the Mondopack earns its price. The waterproof construction handles sustained rain without turning your spare tube and tools into a soggy mess. The single-compartment layout with external pockets keeps essentials organised and accessible mid-ride. At Rs. 2,997, it's a practical, well-made saddle bag selected for its durability in high-heat and high-humidity Indian conditions.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Saddle bags don't size like jerseys, but fit still matters. Check that your saddle rails and seatpost diameter are compatible with the Mondopack's strap system before ordering. Riders using aero seatposts or integrated saddle designs should verify clearance. For narrow saddles common on road bikes in cities like Delhi or Hyderabad, test the strap tension before a long ride.

Compatibility Notes

The Mondopack attaches via saddle-rail and seatpost straps, making it compatible with mountain, road, and hybrid bikes. Works with standard round and most aero seatposts. Nylon, polyester, and synthetic construction is care-friendly — wipe clean after muddy rides. Not recommended for use with suspension seatposts without verifying clearance. All Topeak products at Cobbled Climbs are 100% genuine and authorised.
