Most AERO Pacf Headset Spacer Kit

The Pinarello Most AERO Pacf Headset Spacer Kit is a precision-crafted component from one of road cycling's most storied Italian marques. Designed to complement Pinarello's aerodynamic frame philosophy, this spacer kit ensures your cockpit stack height is dialled in with the same attention to detail that goes into a pro peloton machine — critical when every millimetre of position matters on a fast century or a Lonavala climb.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable construction for repeat use.

Race day. Lightweight, stiff design for power transfer and aerodynamics.

Fit adjustment. Right stem length critical for comfortable bike fit.

Our Take

Pinarello's AERO Pacf spacer kit is more than a shim — it reflects the brand's obsession with aerodynamic coherence right down to contact points. For Indian riders pushing hard on the Western Ghats or pacing flat stretches outside Pune and Hyderabad in 35°C+ heat, a correctly stacked cockpit reduces fatigue and improves power transfer. This kit brings factory-spec precision to your Pinarello build without compromise.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Headset spacer kits are sized by steerer tube diameter, not body measurements. Verify your fork's steerer tube standard before ordering — this is a Pinarello-specific component designed to integrate with their AERO frame systems. Indian riders who have adjusted to a more upright position due to traffic or heat may want extra spacers; contact Cobbled Climbs for stack advice.

Compatibility Notes

This spacer kit is engineered for Pinarello AERO-series frames using the Most cockpit system. Confirm your frame model and steerer tube standard before purchase. Not designed for generic aftermarket forks. All Pinarello products at Cobbled Climbs are 100% genuine and authorised. Store away from direct sunlight and monsoon moisture when not installed.

Pairs Well With

Complete your cockpit setup by pairing this spacer kit with a Pinarello-compatible stem, an integrated handlebar and stem unit, a carbon-safe assembly paste for secure torquing, and a quality torque wrench to ensure factory-spec installation without damaging carbon components.
