Mtf15/20 15x100mm Front Hub Conversion Caps

When upgrading or converting a front hub, the small parts matter as much as the hub itself. The Bitex Mtf15/20 15x100mm Front Hub Conversion Caps allow riders to switch between axle standards, giving existing Bitex hubs extended compatibility across different fork setups — a practical, cost-effective solution for riders managing multiple builds or upgrading forks without replacing entire wheelsets.

Use Cases

Under-helmet sweat management. Absorbs forehead sweat in 35°C+ heat across Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai conditions.

Sun protection. Peak shields the eyes and forehead from direct sun on long Indian summer rides.

Style and finish. Completes a coordinated kit for daily rides and group rides.

Our Take

For Indian riders running multiple bikes or upgrading to a thru-axle fork, these Bitex conversion caps are a smart, affordable fix rather than a full hub replacement. At Rs. 720 with free delivery above Rs. 2,500, they make genuine sense when added alongside other components. Precision-machined to Bitex's known quality standards, they suit the demands of Pune–Mumbai expressway training rides and Ghat climbs equally well.

Sizing for Indian Riders

These caps are specific to the 15x100mm thru-axle front standard — confirm your fork's axle specification before ordering. European and Taiwanese hub sizing conventions apply directly here; there is no body-size variable. Double-check your fork's axle diameter and spacing against the Mtf15/20 specification to ensure a correct fit.

Compatibility Notes

Designed for Bitex Mtf15 and Mtf20 front hubs. The 15x100mm standard suits most modern road and gravel thru-axle forks. Not compatible with quick-release or 12x100mm axle forks. Check that your existing Bitex hub model is listed as compatible before purchasing. Installation requires a torque wrench for correct axle preload.

Pairs Well With

Consider pairing these conversion caps with a quality thru-axle torque wrench, compatible Bitex front hubs, bearing press tools for hub servicing, and a set of anti-seize or assembly grease for proper installation. These accessories together keep a conversion clean and lasting.
