Multi Tool (hps-9)

Roadside mechanicals don't wait for a convenient location. Whether you're grinding up the Lonavala ghats, rolling through Pune's outskirts, or midway into a long Chennai training loop, a reliable multi-tool is the difference between riding home and calling for help. The Minoura HPS-9 Multi Tool is a compact, purposeful companion built for exactly these moments.

Use Cases

Workshop use. Reliable tool for home or workshop bike maintenance.

On-the-road repairs. Compact construction for carrying on Indian rides.

Drivetrain service. Specific tool for chain, cassette, or bottom bracket maintenance.

Our Take

Minoura has long been trusted by serious cyclists for precision and durability, and the HPS-9 continues that reputation. For Indian riders dealing with heat-loosened fasteners, rutted roads around Hyderabad and Ahmedabad, or the general vibration abuse from mixed-surface riding, having a quality multi-tool in your saddle bag isn't optional — it's essential. At Rs. 1,990, this is one of the best-value insurance policies you can carry on any ride.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Multi-tools don't follow body sizing, but fit within your kit does matter. The HPS-9 is designed to sit compactly in a standard saddle bag without excessive bulk — important in India's heat where carrying anything bulky on the bike becomes uncomfortable. Check that your saddle bag has adequate space before ordering, particularly if you also carry tubes or tubeless repair kits.

Compatibility Notes

The Minoura HPS-9 Multi Tool is compatible with standard cycling fasteners across road, gravel, and MTB setups. It covers the most common hex key and screwdriver requirements found on Shimano, SRAM, and other mainstream component groups. All Minoura products at Cobbled Climbs are 100% genuine and authorised. Store away from moisture after monsoon rides to maintain tool condition.

Pairs Well With

Complete your on-bike repair kit by pairing this multi-tool with a mini pump or CO2 inflator, a tubeless repair kit or spare inner tubes, a compact saddle bag to carry everything, and a chain quick-link for drivetrain emergencies. Free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,500 — easily achieved when bundling essentials.
