Nano Tcs 700c Folding Tire

The WTB Nano TCS Folding Tyre is built for riders who push into mixed terrain — think the rocky descents above Lonavala, the gritty fire roads around Coorg, or the monsoon-slicked tarmac of Pune's outskirts. TCS (Tubeless Compatible System) construction gives you the option to run sealant for puncture protection or a traditional tube, making it one of the most versatile mountain-oriented tyres available at this price point.

Use Cases

Daily training. Puncture-resistant rubber compound for Indian roads with debris and rough tarmac.

Race day. Low rolling resistance and supple casing for competitive efforts.

Tubeless setup. Tubeless-ready bead and casing for sealant-based puncture resistance.

Our Take

India's off-road routes — from the laterite tracks of the Western Ghats to the high-altitude gravel near Leh — demand a tyre that grips confidently in loose, wet, and unpredictable conditions. The Nano's file-tread centre with pronounced side knobs strikes a practical balance: low rolling resistance on hardpack, real cornering bite when the trail turns loose or damp. At Rs. 3,575, it represents strong value for riders in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore who want an everyday trail tyre without paying race-day prices.

Sizing for Indian Riders

WTB sizing follows standard international conventions, so check your rim's bead diameter (typically 29-inch or 27.5-inch for mountain use) and internal width before ordering. Wider internal rims open the tyre casing for better cornering volume. In India's heat, running slightly lower pressures than the maximum marked on the sidewall improves grip and comfort on broken surfaces without sacrificing durability.

Compatibility Notes

The Nano TCS is tubeless compatible — pair it with a tubeless-ready rim, valve, and quality sealant for the best setup. It also accepts a standard inner tube. Verify your rim's hookless or hooked bead compatibility before mounting. Folding bead makes installation and travel storage easier than a wire-bead alternative.

Pairs Well With

Complete your setup with tubeless sealant and valves, a quality track pump with a pressure gauge, CO2 inflators for trailside emergencies, and mountain-specific inner tubes as backup. A tyre plug kit rounds out a trail-ready repair kit for longer rides far from the city.
