OSPW Aero Coated System for Shimano Dura Ace9100/Ultegra 8000

The CeramicSpeed OSPW Aero Coated System for Shimano Dura-Ace 9100 and Ultegra 8000 is a precision-engineered drivetrain upgrade that replaces your standard derailleur pulley wheels with oversized, aero-coated ceramic bearing alternatives. Designed for road cyclists who demand every marginal gain on long rides, climbs, and competitive events, this system reduces drivetrain friction measurably and runs with exceptional smoothness across all cadences.

Our Take

For Indian cyclists chasing performance on the Western Ghats, Ooty switchbacks, or the long flat highways outside Pune and Hyderabad, drivetrain efficiency matters more than most riders realise. The OSPW Aero Coated system keeps your chain running with minimal resistance even in dusty, humid, or high-heat conditions that accelerate wear on standard pulley systems. At Rs. 63,999, this is a serious investment — one best appreciated by Shimano 11-speed riders who spend meaningful hours in the saddle and want a factory-grade upgrade that simply works better.

Sizing for Indian Riders

This is a direct-fit system with no rider sizing involved — compatibility is determined by your rear derailleur model, not body dimensions. Confirm you are running Shimano Dura-Ace 9100 or Ultegra 8000 groupsets before ordering. Indian riders swapping between seasonal training builds should verify derailleur cage compatibility, as heat and monsoon humidity can affect installation tolerances on older derailleurs.

Compatibility Notes

Designed specifically for Shimano Dura-Ace 9100 and Ultegra 8000 rear derailleurs. The oversized pulley wheels replace OEM pulleys using the existing derailleur cage. The aero coating on the ceramic bearings provides additional protection against dust and moisture — important on Indian roads year-round. Follow CeramicSpeed's recommended bearing maintenance intervals and use a quality wet or dry chain lubricant suited to your local riding conditions.

Pairs Well With

Complete the drivetrain upgrade with a high-performance chain compatible with Shimano 11-speed systems, a precision chain lubricant formulated for Indian heat and monsoon conditions, a quality rear derailleur hanger for your frame, and a chain wear indicator tool to protect your new pulley investment long-term.
