Description

The Cervélo P-series with Shimano 105 Di2 is a purpose-built time trial and triathlon machine designed for riders who take their performance seriously. Electronic shifting, a carbon frame engineered for aerodynamic efficiency, and disc brakes make this a complete competitive platform ready for Indian roads — from Pune's expressways to the coastal routes around Chennai. Cobbled Climbs is the authorised retailer for Cervelo in India.

Use Cases

Race day. Race geometry and pro-level component spec for competitive efforts.

Daily training. Endurance geometry and comfort for repeat training rides.

All-road and gravel. Versatile platform for road, gravel, and bikepacking in India.

Our Take

At Rs. 7,29,999, the P-series 105 Di2 is one of the most accessible ways into a true Cervélo TT geometry with electronic groupset precision. For Indian triathletes targeting events like IRONMAN 70.3 Goa or competitive time trials, the Di2 shifting removes mechanical distraction entirely. Disc brakes are especially relevant given unpredictable monsoon descents and variable road surfaces across India's cycling routes.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Cervélo's TT geometry is more aggressive than a standard road bike — riders often find they need to size up compared to their road bike for sustainable long-distance triathlon efforts. Indian riders with a shorter torso relative to height should pay close attention to reach. A professional bike fit in Mumbai, Pune, or Bangalore before ordering is strongly recommended to confirm frame size and pad stack.

Compatibility Notes

Shimano 105 Di2 components are compatible with Shimano's 12-speed Di2 ecosystem. Disc brakes use flat-mount standards — verify rotor size compatibility when upgrading. Pedals are not included; choose SPD-SL or Look-compatible pedals matched to your tri shoes. First service after 100km is advised to check cable tensions and bolt torques after initial settling.

Pairs Well With

Complete your triathlon setup with a TT-specific helmet for aerodynamic advantage, clip-on aero bars or replacement cockpit accessories, tri-specific cycling shoes, and a track pump for consistent tyre pressure management before race day. A quality saddle suited to aggressive forward positioning is also worth considering.

Details

The Cervélo P-series 105 Di2 TT Bike is built around a carbon frame with geometry optimised specifically for time trial and triathlon disciplines, placing the rider in an aerodynamic forward position. The groupset is Shimano 105 Di2, a 12-speed fully electronic shifting system offering precise, repeatable gear changes without mechanical cable stretch. Braking is handled by hydraulic disc brakes for consistent stopping power in wet and dry conditions. The colour is Basalt. The bike is unisex and sized for adult riders. Shipped from Mumbai with professional pre-delivery assembly by Cobbled Climbs.

Fitting

Cervélo uses seat tube length measurements for TT and triathlon bike sizing rather than traditional S/M/L designations. Measure your inseam and torso length carefully and cross-reference the official Cervélo geometry chart before ordering. TT geometry is significantly more aggressive than a road bike — riders between sizes should consult a professional fitter. Indian riders with longer legs relative to torso may prefer sizing up for comfortable pad reach on long triathlon efforts. Professional bike fit is strongly recommended.

The Story Behind The Brand

Cervélo was founded in 1995 by Phil White and Gerard Vroomen with a singular focus: building the fastest bicycles in the world. Based in Canada and engineered through competitive racing, Cervélo frames have won Tour de France stages, world championship time trials, and IRONMAN World Championships. Every model prioritises aerodynamics, stiffness, and measured weight reduction.
