Pf30 Abec 3 Bottom Bracket

The Enduro PF30 ABEC 3 Bottom Bracket is a press-fit bottom bracket built for cyclists who demand consistent performance from their drivetrain. Using ABEC 3-rated bearings, it offers reliable smoothness and longevity whether you are grinding climbs in the Western Ghats, logging training kilometres on Pune's Ring Road, or tackling the heat-baked tarmac of Hyderabad's outskirts.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable construction for repeat use.

Race day. Lightweight, stiff design for power transfer and aerodynamics.

Fit adjustment. Right stem length critical for comfortable bike fit.

Our Take

Enduro has built a reputation on bearing quality, and the PF30 ABEC 3 delivers exactly that. For Indian riders dealing with dust, humidity, and monsoon conditions that eat through budget press-fit units within a season, this is a sensible upgrade. The ABEC 3 specification means tighter manufacturing tolerances than standard bearings, translating to quieter, more efficient pedalling and notably longer service intervals between replacements.

Sizing for Indian Riders

This is a PF30 bottom bracket — confirm your frame shell accepts the PF30 standard (86.5mm shell diameter, 68mm or 73mm shell width for road and MTB respectively). Check your crankset spindle diameter too; PF30 typically suits 30mm spindles. Sizing here is about frame and crank compatibility, not body size. When in doubt, check your frame's spec sheet or contact our team.

Compatibility Notes

Designed for PF30 frame shells. Suits cranksets with a 30mm spindle diameter. Compatible with road and MTB frames using the PF30 standard. Professional installation is recommended — improper press-fit installation is the leading cause of creaking. Clean the shell thoroughly before fitting and apply a thin layer of carbon assembly paste or bearing retainer compound. Not compatible with BSA threaded shells without an adapter.

Pairs Well With

Complete your drivetrain upgrade by pairing this bottom bracket with a compatible crankset (road or MTB), a quality chain lubricant suited to Indian monsoon conditions, a torque wrench for correct crank bolt preload, and a press-fit installation and removal tool set.
