Derailleur Hanger for Da Bomb, Felt, KHS, Identiti, Massi, Mosso, Norco, Orange, Storck

The Pilo D188 Derailleur Hanger is a precision-machined replacement dropout hanger compatible with select Felt, Norco, Orange, and Sensa frames. Designed as a sacrificial component, it protects your frame's dropout in the event of a derailleur impact — a small part that saves a far more expensive repair. Available at Cobbled Climbs with free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,500 and cash on delivery across India.

Our Take

Indian roads demand respect for your drivetrain. From the broken tarmac of Pune's outskirts to the rocky descents around Ooty and Coorg, a bent or snapped hanger is one of the most common mechanical failures riders face. The Pilo D188 is CNC-machined to tight tolerances, meaning your derailleur alignment stays true and shifting stays precise. Keeping a spare in your saddle bag is simply smart riding — this is one of the best-value insurance policies in cycling.

Sizing for Indian Riders

Derailleur hangers are frame-specific, not rider-specific, so body size and fit are not relevant here. What matters is confirming your exact frame make and model before ordering. The D188 is engineered for Felt, Norco, Orange, and Sensa frames — verify your frame year and model against Pilo's compatibility list to ensure a precise fit before purchasing.

Compatibility Notes

The Pilo D188 is compatible with Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo rear derailleurs. It is a direct replacement dropout hanger and requires no modification for supported frames. Threads are pre-tapped to standard derailleur bolt specification. During monsoon season, inspect the hanger periodically for corrosion at the contact point with the dropout, especially if riding in high-humidity conditions across Kerala or the Western Ghats.

Pairs Well With

Complete your drivetrain reliability kit with a rear derailleur from Shimano or SRAM, a quality chain and cassette to match your groupset generation, a multi-tool with the correct Allen keys for hanger installation, and a compact saddle bag to carry this spare on every ride.
