Derailleur Hanger for Bianchi, Focus, Jamis, K2, Kinesis, Kona, Masi, Merida, Raleigh

A snapped derailleur hanger is one of the most frustrating trailside failures a cyclist can face, especially mid-climb on the Western Ghats or during a monsoon sportive in Pune. The Pilo Derailleur Hanger is a precision-machined replacement part engineered to fit a wide range of popular framesets — protecting your frame and getting you back on the road or trail quickly.

Our Take

India's roads are unforgiving — potholes in Hyderabad, loose gravel descents near Ooty, and sudden monsoon ruts in Lonavala can all send a derailleur hanger to its limit. The Pilo hanger does exactly what a good hanger should: it sacrifices itself to protect your far more expensive derailleur and frame. Pilo's consistent machining tolerances mean the replacement fits without fuss, making trailside or workshop swaps straightforward and reliable for Indian riders.

Sizing for Indian Riders

This hanger is compatible with specific framesets from Bianchi, Focus, Jamis, K2, Kinesis, Kona, Masi, Merida, and Raleigh. Fit is determined entirely by your frame model and year, not by rider body size. Before ordering, confirm your exact frame manufacturer, model name, and year of manufacture to ensure you receive the correct hanger variant. When in doubt, contact Cobbled Climbs with your frame details.

Compatibility Notes

This Pilo hanger is designed as a direct replacement for the listed brands. It is compatible with both mechanical and electronic rear derailleurs across most groupset generations. The hanger is aluminium-machined for consistent thread engagement. Always carry a spare if you are heading into remote riding terrain around Coorg or Leh, where spares are impossible to source locally.

Pairs Well With

Complete the repair with a replacement rear derailleur from Shimano, SRAM, or Campagnolo. A chain checker tool helps assess chain wear at the same time. A compact multi-tool with a derailleur-hanger alignment gauge is a smart pairing, as are lightweight saddle bags to carry your spare hanger on every ride.
