Derailleur Hanger for Canyon, Focus, Ghost, KHS, Kona, Marin, Merida, Orange, Vitus

The Pilo D59 Derailleur Hanger is a precision-machined replacement dropout hanger compatible with select Kona, Merida, KHS, and Canyon frames. Designed as a sacrificial component, it protects your frame's dropout in the event of a crash or mechanical impact — a small part that saves an expensive repair bill on Indian roads where potholes and unexpected drops are part of every ride.

Our Take

India's roads — from the broken tarmac of Delhi's outer ring roads to the sharp descents around Lonavala and Khandala — are hard on drivetrains. The Pilo D59 is precisely machined to exact OEM tolerances, so your rear derailleur aligns correctly and shifts cleanly from the moment you bolt it on. Keeping a spare in your kit bag is simply smart riding practice. At Rs. 3,500, it costs far less than a cracked dropout repair.

Sizing for Indian Riders

This is a frame-specific component, not a size-based fit item. Verify your frame brand and model year before ordering — Kona, Merida, KHS, and Canyon each use this hanger across specific model ranges. Frame sizing (S, M, L) does not affect hanger compatibility; what matters is your frame manufacturer, model name, and year of manufacture.

Compatibility Notes

The Pilo D59 fits select Kona, Merida, KHS, and Canyon aluminium and carbon frames. It is compatible with both mechanical and electronic rear derailleurs across major groupset families. Always cross-check your frame's model year against Pilo's compatibility chart. Clean the dropout threads before installation and torque to your frame manufacturer's specification.

Pairs Well With

Complete your drivetrain protection kit with a quality rear derailleur from Shimano or SRAM, a derailleur hanger alignment tool for post-crash checks, a chain from a compatible groupset generation, and a compact multi-tool with a hex key set for trailside installation.
