Pin Wrench

A pin wrench is one of those tools that sits quietly in your workshop until the moment you absolutely need it — and then nothing else will do. The Birzman Pin Wrench is built for precise adjustment of components that use pin-hole interfaces, making it an essential addition for riders who prefer to handle their own maintenance rather than waiting days at a shop. Cobbled Climbs is the authorised retailer for Time in India.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable use across Indian training conditions — heat, humidity, and rough tarmac.

Race day. Performance-grade construction for competitive efforts.

Long rides. Built for full-day rides across Western Ghats, Sahyadri, or Nilgiri climbs.

Our Take

Indian riding conditions — dusty climbs around Pune, humid coastal routes near Chennai, and the grit that builds up on Ooty's ascents — mean components need regular attention. The Birzman Pin Wrench gives home mechanics the precision tool to adjust and service correctly without resorting to improvised substitutes that damage component faces. At Rs. 1,050, it is a sensible workshop investment that pays for itself the first time it saves a component from being ruined.

Sizing for Indian Riders

This is a workshop hand tool — sizing refers to fitment with your specific components rather than body measurements. Before ordering, confirm your component uses a pin-interface adjustment point. If you are unsure whether this wrench suits your bottom bracket, cassette lockring, or other component, contact Cobbled Climbs and our mechanics will confirm compatibility based on your exact setup.

Compatibility Notes

The Birzman Pin Wrench is designed for components with pin-hole recesses used during installation or adjustment. Verify your specific component type before purchase. Store away from moisture — particularly relevant during Mumbai and Kolkata monsoon months — and wipe clean after use to maintain precision and prevent corrosion on the tool's working faces.

Pairs Well With

Round out your home workshop with a quality torque wrench for accurate fastener settings, a bottom bracket tool set for drivetrain service, a chain cleaning kit to keep drivetrain components in good condition, and a durable tool roll or workshop organiser to keep everything accessible and tidy.
