Potence Ads V2 AERO -10 Degree Stem

The Look Potence Ads V2 AERO -10 Degree Stem is a precision-engineered cockpit component built for riders who want aerodynamic efficiency without sacrificing control. Designed with a -10 degree angle, it positions your hands lower and forward, reducing drag on long flat stretches — a meaningful gain whether you're training on Pune's outer ring road or pushing pace on a Delhi criterium.

Use Cases

Daily training. Reliable construction for repeat use.

Race day. Lightweight, stiff design for power transfer and aerodynamics.

Fit adjustment. Right stem length critical for comfortable bike fit.

Our Take

Look has long been trusted by professional peloton riders, and the Ads V2 AERO stem carries that pedigree into everyday training. The -10 degree drop suits aggressive road geometries and helps Indian riders get low on exposed stretches where crosswinds and heat demand both efficiency and control. For club riders logging serious kilometres around Hyderabad or Ahmedabad, this stem offers a meaningful position improvement at a reasonable price point.

Sizing for Indian Riders

European stems tend to suit longer torso proportions. Many Indian riders find a shorter reach length — typically 90mm to 100mm — more comfortable in the heat, where fatigue sets in faster. The -10 degree angle works best on bikes with a moderately aggressive geometry. If you run a relaxed endurance frame, consider whether this drop suits your flexibility before ordering.

Compatibility Notes

This stem is designed for a standard 1-1/8 inch threadless fork steerer. Confirm your handlebar clamp diameter before fitting — most road bars use a 31.8mm clamp. Always install to the manufacturer's torque specification using a calibrated torque wrench. Do not overtighten on carbon bars.

Pairs Well With

Complete your cockpit upgrade with a quality road handlebar in the correct width, fresh bar tape suited to humid Indian conditions, a torque wrench for safe installation, and cycling gloves to manage vibration on rougher road surfaces.
